ACCOUNTS AND DOWNLOADS● Where do I download the products I've purchased?

You need to log in to your Chocofur Store account and then navigate to the Downloads section of the Dashboard.

● I didn't receive any download links for the products I've purchased.

We're no longer using download links to distribute our digital products. For downloads, please log in to your Chocofur Account and navigate through the Dashboard as described above.

● I cannot verify my account.

In case of account verification problems, please contact us at: [email protected] Our team will help you in setting up the account.

● Can I merge purchases from two accounts into one?

Of course! Just get in touch with us at: [email protected] and provide email addresses used for creating both accounts. Our team will move the purchased products to the desired account. Please keep in mind we're not able to merge the order history and that will be always bound to the account used for making the purchase.

● I want to delete my account.

In order to delete your account, please write us at: [email protected] using the same email address you're using as your Chocofur Store login. Upon deleting your account, all of the order history, your personal details, and access to the content will be permanently lost.

PAYMENTS AND INVOICING● How can I pay for the Chocofur assets?

Our online store supports Credit Card and PayPal payments. We also accept wire transfers in USD and EUR. For more information, feel free contacting us at: [email protected]

● Will I receive a business invoice?

Yes, we're issuing invoices within 2-5 business days after the purchase is made.

● Where do I find the invoices?

All your order history, including invoices, can be accessed from your Chocofur Store account's Dashboard. Simply log in and navigate to the Order History section. You will also receive a copy of your invoice by email.

● I've purchased the same product twice, what can I do?

We will gladly send you any other product (within the same price) completely for free. We can also refund the incorrectly purchased product. In any case, feel free getting in touch with us at: [email protected]

● Can I apply for a refund?

If you've purchased our downloadable content and downloaded it, unfortunately, we can't issue a refund. But, if for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase and you really feel that the refund applies to your situation, feel free contacting us at: [email protected] and we'll see what can be done!

● Do you accept split payments?

At the moment we're not accepting split payments, but we're working on a solution! If you can't afford our products at the moment, feel free contacting us at: [email protected] and let us know about your situation. We'll surely find a solution!

● I get an unexpected "Error 500" when I try to purchase something, what can I do?

We're sorry if that happens! Please try logging off your Chocofur Account and log in again before you make a purchase. Alternatively, please try using a different web browser for the purchase. If the problem still appears, contact us at: [email protected] and our team will help you to finalize the purchase.

LICENSING● Can I use free Chocofur models, textures, or materials in my commercial projects?

Yes, all free Chocofur products are released under CC0 license, meaning we hold no copyrights to these products. You can freely use them in any way, even try reselling them as a whole, or individual parts such as textures, materials, etc. For more information, read about the Creative Commons License.

● Can I use paid Chocofur assets in commercial projects?

Yes, as long as these projects are limited to still images, animations, etc. We do allow using our assets as parts of 3D scenes or applications, but for more information and full clarity, please read our Chocofur License Agreement.

● Can I sell visualizations that are using Chocofur 3D models, textures, or shaders in stock photography sites like Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Yellowimages, etc?

Yes, you can sell or redistribute still images or animations made with Chocofur assets without any limitations. However, please remember you may need to obtain some of the necessary copyrights yourself. For example, if you want to use a 3D car model downloaded from our store in TV advertising - it's your responsibility to obtain all of the copyrights needed for broadcasting this ad. For full clarity, please read our Chocofur License Agreement.

● Aren't some of the 3D models you sell copyrighted?

As far as we know, we do not sell any 3D models that would infringe on any copyrights. We create all of the assets based on the product photographs, freely found on the internet. Each 3D model is our free interpretation of the existing, physical item. We try to credit the author and original design piece used as inspiration every time it's possible.

CHOCOFUR MODEL MANAGER● The Addon doesn't work, what can I do?

You most likely need to upgrade the Addon to the latest version. Please use Blender's Addon Preferences window to do that, or follow our YouTube tutorial describing the process step by step. Link to the video can be found on the Addon's Product Page.

● I'm getting an error when installing the Addon.

Please make sure you're installing the Addon to the correct Blender version. Addon for Blender 2.79 should be used with the official Blender 2.79 builds (experimental ones don't work). Addon for Blender 2.80 should work with the official Blender 2.8+ builds after updating it to the latest version.

● I can't find any 3D models in the Model Manager!

Please double-check if your model's library is set up correctly. The setup process is explained step by step in the YouTube tutorial, available through the Addon's Product Page. If the problem still occurs, please get in touch with us at: [email protected], we'll try to help!

CHOCOFUR LIFETIME BUNDLE● Is there a way to download all purchased assets in bulk, via FTP or some other method?

At the moment, you have to download the individual bundles such as Chairs, Stools, etc. one by one. We're working on a Model Manager version that will allow you to download the purchased assets directly from Blender, but that's still to be announced.

● Does the Chocofur Lifetime Bundle include Courses?

As for now, yes, Chocofur Lifetime Bundle gives you access to all Chocofur products, including Courses. This may, however, change in the future, but we will let you know about it.

● I have Chocofur Lifetime Bundle, why can't I download the Vendor products?

As the name suggests, it's a Lifetime Bundle for the Chocofur products. Vendors are individual business entities and we're not able to include Vendor products in the Chocofur Lifetime Bundles, at least not for now.

● Where do I find Lifetime Bundle updates?

You need to log in to your Chocofur Store account and then navigate to the Bundle Updates section of the Dashboard. We try to upload new assets every month so be sure to check that page from time to time.

● How much drive space do I need for the entire Chocofur Lifetime Bundle?

You should reserve around 20 gigabytes of free space for our current Chocofur Assets Library.

CHOCOFUR COURSES● How can I access the Course?

First step, you have to be logged into your Chocofur Store account. Second, either go to learn.chocofur.com and find your course in the right category or navigate there from your account's Dashboard.

● Where do I download the Course materials?

Courses published at chocofur.com are prepared to be used in online form only. Courses may, however, include downloadable parts such as Blender assets, PDFs, images, or technical files. These will be usually linked at the end of each chapter of the course.

● Do the Course videos have subtitles?

At the moment, unfortunately not, but we're working on it and plan to add English subtitles to our course videos!

● What are the System Requirements to follow the Courses?

Our courses are created using the Windows version of Blender. They can be followed by MacOS users, however, some of the shortcuts or techniques used on Windows may work differently on MacOS. These differences may not be covered in the course but we're happy to help if you have any OS-related questions. Just get in touch with our team at: [email protected] and we'll try to help!

● Do I need a powerful PC or high-end laptop to follow the Chocofur Courses?

In general, you don't need anything more than a regular PC with Nvidia graphic's card, a better than average laptop, or better specced MacOS workstation to follow the Chocofur Courses. For beginners, even that would be an overki ll. However, for professionaluse, the better workstation you have, the better, faster, and more optimal results you will usually get.

CHOCOFUR STORE● Can I sell my Blender assets at Chocofur Store?

There are already some Vendor products available at Chocofur Store and we're looking forward to more collaborators! If you have a considerable number of high-quality 3D assets and would like to resell them through Chocofur, feel free getting in touch with us at: [email protected] and we'll discuss all the details.

● Does Chocofur create custom 3D models?

Yes, aside from the Chocofur Store we also operate as a regular 3D design agency and we do offer custom 3D modeling services. For more information, please get in touch with us at: [email protected]

● Why Eevee shaders do not work correctly with some of the 3D models?

Chocofur Library includes over 1500 Blender assets from which some were created back in 2012-2013 when even Cycles wasn't fully developed (and Eevee wasn't even planned). We're constantly working on updating our 3D models library so it's fully compatible with Blender 2.8 and above. If you have any specific Chocofur 3D model that you'd need to work with Eevee, please get in touch with our team at: [email protected] and we'll send you the upgraded asset immediately.

● I found a problem with the 3D model, where can I report it?

Feel free to leave us a message at: [email protected] For reporting the flawed assets we'll be more than happy to send you a thank you gift in form of a free Chocofur product of your choice!

● I found an error or typo on your website, where can I report it?

Same as above - feel free to report any site issues at: [email protected] Our team will try to fix them as soon as possible and we will also reward you with free a Chocofur product of your choice!
